We are headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra, with a sprawling manufacturing facility spread across 10 acres and a factory building of 44,000 Sq. feet. Our state-of-the-art infrastructure is designed to uphold the highest standards of manufacturing and testing in the hydraulic industry.

Design
Our design team leverages advanced software such as Solidworks for 3D modelling, ensuring precision and efficiency in our designs. We conduct Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to anticipate and mitigate potential issues in the design phase itself.
Material Sourcing
We source our tubes and rods from reputed mills in India, guaranteeing the quality and integrity of our raw materials. These include ST52.3/CDW Tubes (H9) for tubes and CK45/Induction hardened for rods. When sourcing from traders, we conduct third-party testing for Chemical Composition, Mechanical properties, Corrosion resistance, Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), and Ultrasonic Testing (UT).
Manufacturing Process
Our manufacturing process undergoes a Process FMEA to detect potential failures before they occur. We also employ a rigorous traceability system wherein each product has a unique work order number that travels with it until the painting process. This allows us to trace the material lot from the cylinder serial number.
Inspection
Our inspection process involves three stages: Inward, In-Process, and Final. This ensures that every component is checked at multiple stages, guaranteeing the final product's quality.
Testing
Our testing process is designed in accordance with ISO 10100 and IS 10585 standards. We have customised programs set for testing, and all reports are saved and transferred to our server by the end of the day. All testing activities are recorded using CCTV and the records are maintained for 12 months.
